Dr. Jaren Hopkins

Doctor of Chiropractic

Born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, Dr. Jaren Hopkins developed a passion for movement, performance, and health early on. He competed in NCAA Division I swimming for four years before earning his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Dr. Hopkins went on to graduate from Life West Chiropractic College, where he built a strong foundation in evidence-based chiropractic care. He has advanced training in upper and lower extremity adjusting techniques and is an active, certified member of the Activator Protocol Basic Program, allowing him to tailor care to each patient’s needs with precision and intention.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hopkins enjoys staying active and connected with the people and places he loves. He can often be found cheering on Arizona sports teams, spending time with his wife and dogs, or hanging out with friends. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, bike rides, family walks, and unwinding with movies and TV shows.
